This page is dedicated to the online purchase of tables at the 2017 Mideast Regional Police Collectors Show.  Collectors can order tables and pay for them at the same time here.   All special requests can also be made here as well by including them in the "notes" section.  If ordering and paying for tables online, it is not necessary to send in a registration form.

Payments received online must be made using PayPal.  No other online bill-pay service will be accepted. Table reservations can also be paid for with check or money order by emailing the show host at jmclark0478@gmail.com for additional details.  If making payment with means other than PayPal, a completed registration form is required with payment.  You can get it by clicking  >>HERE<<  to get a printer-friendly registration form and address where to mail it.

To order tables online, you must read and agree to the following contract.   By checking the box at the bottom of the contract, you signify that you have read it, understand it, and agree to abide by it.

In order to purchase table(s), the table holder must electronically sign this contract by typing his/her first and last name in the box above and checking the box below.

THE ONLY REMAINING TABLES ARE IN THE AUXILIARY ROOM

CONTRACT By checking the boxes at the bottom of this page, I acknowledge that I have read the badge and reproduction policies for the show and agree to abide by the regulations set forth therein. I also understand that by typing my name in the provided box, that I am consenting to that acting as an electronic signature as it relates to this contract. I understand that if I do not abide by these policies, that I will forfeit all rights to my table(s) and all fees associated with them. I further understand that I may cancel my table reservations with a full refund at any time up until May 15, 2017. If I cancel after May 15, 2017, I understand I will not receive a refund for the table(s) I purchased, and will forfeit the fees associated with them. I further understand that payment is due in full within 14 days of registration, and no tables will be reserved in my name if payment is not received in that time frame. In the event this occurs, I understand that my reservation is void and I will have to reserve table(s) again. I further understand that tables are limited and I am not guaranteed that any special requests will be fulfilled. I understand that the main show hall will be filled first and that I may be placed in the auxiliary rooms if my payment is received after 93 tables have been sold.
