SHOW INFORMATION

GENERAL ADMISSION:
General admission to the show is free!!  There will be no early-bird passes for the early set-up periods on either Friday or Saturday.  There will be no exceptions to this rule, as it undermines the security of the show hall.

TABLE/DISPLAY SPACE INFORMATION:
106 tables are available for $50.00 each.  The tables are eight feet long and 30 inches wide.  Each table is clothed with the cloths long enough that they appear skirted and provided with two chairs.  Due to the open layout of the exhibit space, wall tables are extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed.  The purchase of table space provides the holder with all-access admission passes for himself/herself and one assistant.  These passes will provide entry into the show hall on both days of the show for early set-up. There are 94 tables in the main exhibit space with an option to expand into two attached and adjacent rooms connected to the show hall by double doors.  All tables in the main hall will be filled before any auxiliary tables are sold.  I will not accept payment for any table in the auxiliary show space without first notifying the purchaser.

TABLE ORDERING INFORMATION:

Table reservations for the 2017 Mideast Regional Police Collectors Show are now being accepted.  Reservations can be made by contacting the show host, Jim Clark, via email at jmclark0478@gmail.com.  Tables can also be ordered and paid for online using the link below.  For those without email access, you can make reservations via phone by calling (502) 931-5805 between the hours of 11AM and 9PM Eastern Standard Time.

Reservations can be made without payment; however, payment must be received within two weeks of the reservation date or the reservation will be voided.  It is expected that the show will sell out, so make reservations early (especially if you have special requests).

Requests can be made for wall space, electrical access, to be placed near other specific collectors, etc.  The show host will make every effort possible to fulfill these requests, but tables must be ordered with the understanding that the requests of all collectors may not be fulfilled.  Any cancellation of table space must be made prior to May 15, 2017, for a refund to be issued.

All table holders who do not order and pay for tables online must send in a registration form with their payment.  Acceptable forms of mail-in payments are personal check, cashier's check, and money orders.  You can obtain a printer-friendly registration form  >>HERE<<

AWARDS

Awards will be presented for the Best of Show, Best Patch Display and Best Badge Display.  Emphasis will be placed on historical significance, totality of the display, rarity of displayed items, and presentation.  The show host will assemble a group of judges to determine the winners.  All decisions of the judging committee will be final.

CONFIRMED TABLE HOLDERS:

If you do not see your name on this list within one week of making a reservation, that means I do not have a record of a reservation for you.  Please contact me if you think this is in error.

INFORMATION ON LOUISVILLE

The city of Louisville has much to offer for all show attendees.  The primary tourist attractions are historic Churchill DownsThe Kentucky Derby MuseumThe Speed Art MuseumThe Frazier Arms MuseumThe Muhammad Ali Center, and the Louisville Slugger Baseball Bat Factory and Museum.

The Ali Center, Frazier Arms Museum, and Louisville Slugger Factory are within four city blocks of the host hotel.  The downtown entertainment district is four blocks from the hotel.  The arena entertainment district is within two blocks of the hotel.  There are dozens of sit-down restaurants within close walking distance (Rivue fine-dining, Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse, TGI Friday's, Jim Beam Still House, Doc Crow's, Joe's Crab Shack, O'Shea's Irish Pub, Hard Rock Cafe, etc.).

For night-time entertainment, I recommend the downtown entertainment district at Fourth Street Live!, which includes several nightclubs and restaurants a short three blocks from the front door of the hotel.

For those traveling by plane and planning on traveling throughout the city, a rental car is recommended.  The public transportation system is not recommended.

The weather in Louisville is hit-or-miss, but during the show time the average temperatures usually hover around 80 degrees. Shorts and short-sleeve shirts are the recommended attire for comfort.  Louisville is located in the eastern time zone.
